• Standard Hourly Rate: £41

• Block Booking (10 Hours): £37.50

• Payment Terms: All lessons must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance to secure the slot in the diary. Unpaid slots may be offered to other students on the waiting list.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness for all learners and to maintain a consistent training schedule, PassLab operates a 48-hour cancellation policy:

• More than 48 hours notice: No charge. We will happily reschedule your lesson to the next available slot.

• Less than 48 hours notice: The full lesson fee is forfeit.

• Why this exists: Driving tuition requires significant preparation and vehicle scheduling. A late cancellation often means another student misses out on a valuable training opportunity, and the instructor's time and overheads remain fixed.

If a lesson is cancelled by the instructor (due to mechanical failure or illness), a replacement lesson will be prioritized. Please note that PassLab reserves the right to withhold the use of the tuition vehicle for a practical test if the instructor deems the student has not yet reached the required "Performance Readiness" level to ensure safety and success.
